Designing Your AI Chief of Staff

What if you had a 24/7 executive assistant powered by AI? In this session, you’ll learn how to build one. We’ll walk through the exact tools, workflows, and systems needed to turn AI into a true operator; capable of managing tasks, handling communication, and executing real work on your behalf. You’ll leave with a practical blueprint to automate your day-to-day, increase leverage, and operate at a higher level without increasing your workload.

Required Prep Work:
To get the most out of this session, attendees should have:
- OpenClaw (or a similar AI agent tool) installed and configured
- Access to a modern AI model such as Claude or GPT
- Access to a Google Cloud or Microsoft Account
- Attendees are encouraged to come with a specific workflow, task, or area of their work/life they’d like to automate, as this will make the session more practical and immediately applicable.

He later became the company’s first AI-first hire and led growth initiatives focused on applied AI systems. He has since founded and exited his own marketing software company, and now focuses on building practical AI operators—including advanced “Chief of Staff” assistants—designed to automate execution, streamline workflows, and unlock scale.
